Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy allows for flexibility in case your plans change. If you need to cancel your tour reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour, a partial refund may be provided based on the circumstances. Contact us directly for any cancellation requests or modifications to your booking.
Tour Departure Point
All our bus tours depart from the Laguna Premier Realty located at 24371 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, California 92637. Make sure to arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time to check in and board the bus comfortably.
